Paleo Valentine’s Day Recipes

Here are my favorite Paleo Valentine’s Day recipes. I’m not much of a romantic, so I must confess that Valentine’s Day is not my favorite holiday, however, there is an upside, and that is chocolate.

Low-Carb Valentine’s Day Recipes

These gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo recipes are full of healthy ingredients such as coconut flour, almond flour, coconut oil, and dark chocolate. So give your loved ones some healthy paleo desserts, and save them from the high-carb hangover of traditional Valentine’s Day candy. If you’re on a hardcore low-carb diet you’ll love my Keto Brownies and Mint Chip Fat Bombs!

Paleo Vegan Recipes

Some of the recipes below use honey or other paleo sweeteners. While a few may offer the option of agave nectar, please note that it is not considered a paleo sweetener. I offer this for the numerous vegans that come to my site for paleo vegan recipes. Please be nice to the vegans, and don’t yell at them about agave! I have an incredible Vegan Chocolate Cupcake recipe in my second book, Gluten-Free Cupcakes, that your vegan loved ones will absolutely adore!

Paleo Valentine’s Day Recipes

You’ll notice there are quite a few brownie recipes below. That’s because my darling husband is quite passionate about brownies and that is what I usually make him for Valentine’s Day. My older son loves them too! My younger son is a big fan of my Paleo Sugar Cookies so I often make those for him during the year, and especially for Valentine’s day! ❤

This post is an oldie but goodie from the archives, I first published it in 2013.
